.. run ONE cable with a 1/4" plug on one end (make sure it is SPEAKER CABLE, not insrument cable) and a 1/4" plug on the other end (OR a speakon plug since your cabinet takes both), from ONE of the SPEAKER OUT jacks on the amplifier, to either jack that fits on your cabinet ... one cable, one plug on each end ... you can then swith the 4 or 8 ohm switch to either position if you are only using the one cabinet, if you add a second, read the manuals above ...
By the way, the HA3500 is only one channel, not two ... there are just two output jacks on the back ..
