Need some help with my GK rig

Need a little help guys. My rig is a neo 4x10/1x15 1001 rb 2. Pedals are boss noise gate, darkglass omicron, keely bassist, poly tune 3. Never had any issues at all until just recently, when I lost overall volume and my distortion sounds very muddy compared to before. When I play clean, I’m even hearing a little pop sound now and then when I’m digging into the E string. Getting a faint burnt smell too. Almost like the head or speakers are getting pushed too hard. My volume is never near halfway. Any feedback is appreciated

Lower volume and distortion can be a sign of corroded FX jacks. Jumper between the two with an instrument cable and see if that clears the problem.

What bass are you playing? Symptoms sound like a dying battery in an active preamp.

Assuming both cabs are the same impedance and you haven't exceeded (gone lower) than the amp's recommended total impedance with both cabs together...
Bypass all the pedals. If the problem goes away, add them back in again.
Try one cab at a time. If things are better, put the other cab back on.
If it's pedals or cabs you'll know which.
Also while testing, get your nose in close to see if the smell is from the amp or one of the cabs.
If you fried a voice coil, my money's on the 15. In that config the 15 is carrying half the load and the tens are each only getting 1/8.

Definitely sounds like the corroded send/return jacks. Deoxit will fix it up. As noted above, try jumpering to test.
