Need to transcribe. Where should I begin?

I need to begin transcribing songs as part of my practice/development. What are some easy songs I could start with? I would prefer something where the bass is pretty strong so it's easier to hear. Probably nothing with syncopation. Any suggestions?

I'd start with some (slow) blues. Many compositions feature a very audible bass with many repeats.

I would recommend the old Stax record label stuff. Otis Redding, Sam & Dave, Booker T, Wilson Pickett, etc. Great bass playing from Duck Dunn, classic tunes, and nothing super technical, everything you could ever want to get started with transcribing.
