I was referred to this luthier by the bass playing rep at GC in Reno. The luthier's name is Dave Edwards. Has anybody had any experience with him. I am getting a new bass in a few days and I want it gone over and set up right. I would like other opinions if possible, otherwise I might have to have him do one for me and report back my experiences.

Happy new year to all of you guys!!
It's been a crazy week. We played @ the Atlantis the whole week, had a lots of fun, learned a bunch of new tunes that I never heard before (Sir Duke, Car Wash, Lady Marmalade, Ladies Night, Jungle Boogie and a lot more.) I know, I've been living under a rock
I'm having a blast! 2010 is gonna be a great year!

Also try Vince Miller, he's a young luthier and knows a lot, he went to luthier school and all. He was gonna put frets on a fretless that I had but I decided against it.

New NV Bass day! Check out my new Hofner 500/1 v63. I got a great deal at MF with over 35% off. I have always loved short scale basses and have gotten back into the Beatles so I thought I would try a Hofner. Plays great and looks even better.

Thanks, how are things with the band? Still very busy? I am down in Vegas but going back on Friday. Dug out from a foot of snow on Tuesday looks like I will have some work to do when I get back. I am going to pick up a Hofner Icon to play down here. Should be fun. Have a great one. Ed
