no, pics got from the web here and there... but depth is most probably similar to a 335 body thickness. On the back surely there is a control cavity, since no f holes...

I think we're getting closer to the release date for the reissue Starfire Bass.

And I hope they decide to make a two pickup version in a year or two... so I can get a good deal on a used single pickup model. Single pickup basses rule!

I'm kind of hesitant to describe what *I* think about it, since there are a lot of factors involved here: Strings are new Chromes (my basses all sport dead-as-a-doornail flats), I'm not using it at gig volume/in a band mix yet, and I've never played a Starfire or used a Bi-Sonic or Darkstar before.

So I'll have to let a video do the talking!
