I'm using different everything. I didn't use a Mutron schematic, I just used my ears. The filter in the video sounds good, but it doesn't really sound like a Mutron. The attack and decay characteristics are off, but most importantly it doesn't have the same "bloom" to each note.

Power jack will be on top in the production model. The panel-mount jacks I used for the prototypes were too big to go on the back.

looks nice and tiny. you've got me pretty skeptical, i must say, saying you used no similar parts or schematic. but +1 to if you did that with the GR we'll be fine..

I'm a power jack on top kinda guy too, but with the input/output jacks on top and the small size of the enclosure itself, the side mounted power jack would be just less of a hassle for me. Thank goodness it is on the higher side and not the lower though...I hate that!!

I vote for a bare metal/clear silkscreening or etched enclosure for this one solely so that it will match the aesthetic of the rest of my board and I can therefore justify buying one.

After all, I'll already have a Mutron Octave clone, how can I resist buying a Mutron III clone?
