A bit shaky, or is it stable?I did a thing...

A bit shaky, or is it stable?
This seems a bit more stable, and it should be possible to modify the plate at the top. A bit heavier, though. They're Konig and Meyer, made in Germany - and retail for $110.
It's solid, but it does sway a bit at higher elevations. I just gave it a shove to show that it's not precariously balanced.
It's a TUBA playing position stand. The cup at the top actually cradles the DS pretty well in its horizontal orientation, and doesn't get in the way of the legs. And there's a safety pin mechanism to prevent the stand from "dropping" so it won't suddenly start lowering out of the blue.

Which model is it, Ric?K&M makes the best stuff, I have a colapsable conductors stand. It's an amazing piece of design and folds very small. The perfect thing for Big Band Charts.

Run the Felix through the effect loop
So, besides Rick, have any of these reached the wild yet? I am looking to hear other demos before I slap down a stack this month for one(my local dealer does not expect his to be in stock before the combo deal expires).

I'm super duper happy with the 26, everything about it, but the Doubleshot does have a pretty big size advantage--15 pounds vs 27ish. The 26 is comparable to a 2x10 in terms of technical specs, so they ought to be in the same ball park, but I'm just skeptical that a tiny, 15 pound, sealed cabinet can really keep up with the MAS-26. I've been using it with a full big band lately, 13 horns + rhythm section, and it's been an absolute champ. It can carry the load without PA support, and even did so at a recent outdoor gig. (I cranked the amp thinking the cab wouldn't be able to keep up outside, and the drummer actually said a was a little loud.) But the engineer in me (I'm an aerospace engineer by day, or used to be, anyway) can't help but window shop. I just like the tech and all the innovation I'm seeing!
Michael: How do you like that Sawstop in post #153? I have the larger pcs model, but those smaller ones look pretty interesting.....can it use smaller blades or are you still limited to a standard 10" or an 8" dado. I've got an old art deco 1940s unisaw just for the smaller blades like the .023" kerf fret saw.
THE 'ACID TEST' LARGE OUTDOOR GIG
Last night I played outdoors at a venue where I have always used my 30 pound GK Neo 112. Last night I decided to go 'all-in' and just bring the Doubleshot.
Everyone was in the PA (vocal, piano, trumpet) except bass and drums. Our 'sound guy' walked all around, even to the very back and reported he could hear the bass clearly everywhere and it sounded great and sat well in the mix.
As far as the band hearing it, I actually moved it away from the pianist a little bit as he said it was louder than he wanted. When I put it where it it seen in the picture below everyone was happy. I oriented it with the 10's front and back so the 5" was aiming right up at me. I could hear my bass very clearly with plenty of mid and high info which is so critical for intonation (at least for me).
The pianist told me that a guitarist he works with has order two of them. I expect our pianist is next.
Gotta tell ya, my old back sure prefers carrying a little 15 pound 'hat-box' to lugging a larger, heavier bass cab.
I have also attached a link to a little video clip I did at home comparing the Doubleshot to my MAS 16. It's no secret that I love my little 16 for my more intimate, drummerless gigs, but no way it could have kept up with the outdoor venue last night with a fairly loud, amplified band.
