I'm a supporting member but now not only seeing the ad at the top of the page, I'm seeing the ads in the middle of the pages as well. Clearing cache doesn't work.
Supporting member here. I don’t really mind getting a few more advertisements in my feed and, from what I can tell, even what non-paying members are now seeing isn’t nearly as obnoxious as what we’ve seen on pretty much any news organization’s website for years now. I do, however, wish that tapping on a notification would take me directly to the content like it used to; notifications now seem to take me “near” the associated content rather than directly to it; that seems to have changed with this recent shakeup of the ads.

THANK YOU, THANK you, thank you, for removing the ad at the top of the "Unread Watched Threads" page!!! Now that those links have stopped jumping I haven't missed a one! It sure was flusterating playing "Whack-a-Mole" with 'em before.

The only issue I take with any of it is the ads that are "too big" to scroll past. To clarify, the ads in-thread on my mobile that I have to swipe up three, even four times to pass. Often my screen considers it a click. Then I have to minimize, close and reload or hit back, which leaves the ad in a window eating up memory and power.... sometimes even playing audio.
You can't bully me with ad content into giving you money, though, lol. I understand you need the revenue. I also feel the little frustrations are the "price" I pay for the free content. I'm ok. I appreciate TB even with the little annoyances ads bring.
