Heh Wouldn't that be great? Nah, I don't like to take stuff that I have for sale out of the store... damage usually results, and that's not a good thing... but feel free to come by the store anytime and plug into it. If you can get in before 2-3 PM (before the daily lessons get going), we can open it up a bit.

At the GTG, I'll have our big PA system (two 15" subs) and my "direct" rig. That rig consists of my pedal board and my Alembic F-1X preamp straight into the board. Bass usually sounds pretty rockin' through that. If anyone wants to bring additional amplification, feel free!

I'm going to have come in and plug in to this rig with my thumb, again. Maybe I should give it a go just through the tube channel. Can you get the full 1200 watts like that?

Sure thing, come on by anytime. And, yep, you can get the full 1200W with either one or both of the pre-amp channels running.

I really liked the tone of that EBS Classic 450 thru the classic 410 cab. I wonder how it would sound thru the 410 and a 212......hhhhhhmmmmmm?

Yeah, EBS amps are pretty awesome. Both EBS 410 cabs punch like nobody's business. They really smack you in the chest 15-20 feet away from the cab.

I use the EBS 210 Pro Series cab when I play with The Kind. That's the band where we all go direct to the PA, even the drums. We each have our own monitor mix, and I run my mix through the EBS 210. The low end suffers a bit due to the small size of the cab, but I can feel the bass from the two subs that fill the house.
