I know it’s an older amp, but well, cared for, and used by an upright bassist only occasionally. Got it for very good price and needed a gig worthy amp.

Its a combo..A combo is a speaker and amplifier in one housing. Your speaker and head do not make a combo.
It's a newish thing that I also kinda made fun of- they just connect one of their heads to one of their cabs and call it a combo.If you can take the amp out of the bracket and use it with another cab, and if you have to use a cable to connect it to the cab, it’s not a combo. I’m not familiar with that rig, so I don’t know the answers.

I suppose it's better in that they skip the extra lumber and weight, and you can always separate them easily.![]()
