NICE!!!! My 08 P is unmatched and unrivaled for playabiliy and tone, youre going to ove yours!

My only suggestion is to raise the pup up and get that sucker closer to the strings!

+1 Ain't it so true. I recently reconverted to the almighty P And except for my MIA 00 Jazz I'll hold on to for a keepsake I am dumping everything else.

I like the new 08 P's but found my calling with three P's 51RI, AV57 and the Squire CV 60's P that I love so much it almost makes me wanna get the AV62 but the CV does the job fine.

Now you know what Pbass users have known for years. That simple bass simply has "it." And it's had "it" a long, long time. I've got all kinds of basses but if I could only have one it would be a Precision.

I put some flats (TIs) on a few months ago and WOW! I have a Fender factory Hotrod (PJ) with ash and maple that was only made few years and it too has flats (Chromes). I can't foresee putting rounds back on as the flats are too much ground shaking thunder good. The '55 (in the avitar) has rounds for the time, but it doesn't get playing time out much for several reasons--but ti will likely get some flats in the future too.

I think the Pbass is lost on some people because it doesn't have a bunch of knobs and batteries and look cool.
