Took me a year to save for it. My dream bass for sure.

I have not done a setup yet (yes it needs one). I have played it for a couple of hours now and I can say it's the best money I have spent in years. It plays and sounds awesome without the setup. Can't wait to see how it plays and sounds with a setup.
That’s a real beauty. Best color that Fender has put out in like…forever.
Great Bass; From photo you may have to check string spacing at bridge; A string seems to need a 1 groove move to right.
Congratulations! A great choice. And it's no end more satisfying getting it when you've saved up for it, and not just swiped your credit card.

The APII PB is a great bass. I had my first lesson with mine yesterday, and when my teacher tried it he almost didn't give it back.
This is interesting, my APII PB has been the same way since I bought it. I haven't touched it yet though, setup is otherwise spot on.

Very nice! Is the outer section of the burst finish blue, or gray? (hard to tell from the pics, but still nice either way)
