Yeah- I really dig the Godin semi-hollow guitars with the synth access; a six-string bass version would be the bee's knees.

I played the 4 at a local store here until I had to tear myself away from it for fear of buying it.

A 6 would have been too much.

It does! It's on my lap atm.

as for the strings there's 3 options due to the gold silk.
DR Hi beam flats
Fender 7150 flats (but they dont seem that light)
and one of the labella flats got gold silk to.

so idk really.

The stock strings should be Godin's own brand. They are most probably made by another "well-known" manufacturer (like Carvin's strings, etc) but I have no idea which one ...

I bought it used, it's a 2000 in the now-discontinued Cognac color. pre-syth
