NEW BASS

I'm a spector fan and i would buy the legend if it was me, but since it's not me and it's you, it's up to:

a) which feels more comfortable to play
b) which sounds better
c) whether you prefer a 5 or a 4.

My opinion about c) is to get the 5er, which you will get used to pretty quickly and will help you with the lower notes that you might need, plus with going up and down the neck less ;)

I would also advice against getting a 5 if you are not completely sure. There are almost always ways to get around the need for those few lower notes, and if it turns out that you needed more time to get used to playing 5's then you might never like playing the bass. Other than that, I had a cheap schecter stilletto 5 once and found it to be very good value, just not the bass for me. Good luck!
