I thought the Stm900 through the cn212 was brilliant! I preferred it handily over the Baer ML matchup( though it was a 112 ). Can't go wrong there IMO.

Just different flavors of good there!

Have to admit that I've been wondering a bit about a CN212 lately. I briefly flirted with the pair of CN112s but found that I liked the ML112 better. For those that have tried both, how does the CN212 compare to a pair of CN112s? I know they should be close, but I'm thinking the box size might make a difference. The CN112 didn't quite have the authority of the ML112 (ML112 is also more mid-present) and a pair of them was louder but didn't really give more girth if that makes sense. I found the same thing with the Tec XS112 (roughly the same size/weight as the CN112, and a pair of them would tear off paint but not quite as wide as I wanted). A single ML112 does cover most of my gigs, but the weight and footprint of the CN212 could make it an "every gig" option.

Am still thrilled with the Monique/Minnie combo and Puma 900. I have ended up running the Puma with the taste around 1-2 o'clock to round out the Baer a bit. The Monique just sounds right pretty much wherever I put the knobs

Check out the YouTube clip that Juan Ortiz did I the puma comparing the CN 1x12 sack and the CN 2x12. Not the best sound quality but it gives you an idea. I live my CN 2x12. One handing it to open doors and such just seems silly for how loud and good it sounds.
