hahaha, I'm a Leo guy and love the Fenders too, but this is a sound that I don't have and I am loving it so far! I've tried 5ers more times than I can remember and it just isn't as fun too me.

Yeah, I get it. 99% of my mileage is done with only 4 of the 5 strings.

Just in the past 2 weeks, I started playing my H instead of the HH (full on, all coils of both pickups) and I'm loving the pure H sound. Be sure to check out the dramatic sound change by cutting the mid most or all of the way. It's instant hifi, at least what I've always called hifi- the new sound that started in the late 70's early 80's. Awesome for slap, or fingers at home practice or in sparse band arrangements; prob not so good with guitars playing big, fat chords!

Dude, that is some NICE newspaper but... have you contacted EBMM yet about the shipping error?? They totally sent you a 5-string box for a 4-string bass!! I can't believe QC would let that leave the building. Demand a partial refund!!!
