I have no desire to play that thing at all. It's like he couldn't figure out a good headstock design, so he just chopped the end off a fender for the sake of making it different... making it uglier.

Looks like a bad copy of the Gretsch Billy Bo guitar! The headstock is just a Fender style with the end cut off. Yuck!

I love the sound it has, but looking at it just hurts my eyes.

I think it's ugly (hey, the OP asked for an opinion and that's an opinion!).

I can take the edge off by saying, "it doesn't appeal to me visually" but it's still the same thing as saying "I think it's ugly"

The body is too narrow though the actual shape isn't too bad but that chopped Fender headstock is just plain laziness and just throws the balance of the rest of the instrument off.

You need a headstock that compliments the body shape. Smaller or different shaped tuning keys would help too.

I see it and my eyes tell my brain "NO! IT'S AWFUL" but my hands just want to play it... Not sure why. Yeah, it looks like a parts bass but... but... I don't know... It's like an ugly chick. You know she's a complete freak in bed, so you just wanna give it a shot.
