.. any bridge with a 'larger than stock' baseplate can (it may not, but it can) leave an impression on the bass body ... if that matters or not would be up to each person, but just because the bridge is a direct replacement, doesnt mean it is reversible with no affect .. just a caveat ...
..I have used a tiny drop of clear nail polish on the thread, and I have also used very tiny clear rubber bands around the two saddle height screws under each saddle ...the band in the threads prevents dropping, and are so tiny that you dont even see them under the saddle .. they also work well if you have a little saddle walk/seperation going on, just stretch the band across two (or more) saddles ... pretty hi-tech fixes, but it is surprising how little it takes to keep them in place ..
