I was going to suggest a full renovation of the old Annie Kay's building, but this is waaayyy better.

Not that this will make you feel much better, but my realtor (Dana Orr @ Townside) says things are looking much better in this area now than they were a year ago. And if you don't have a realtor that you're sure you love, I highly recommend Dana. I've worked with her for over 10 years now, and she is absolutely awesome.

Crash: Honey for your birthday I thought we could visit Blacksburg this year. We can stay a couple days and visit some historic sights and even take in some Arts and Crafts. I have heard they have some of the most beautiful wood work you have ever seen in some of the shops.
