I appreciate the help everyone! Still looking. I'm looking ahead of when ill get the money since I have the time so I will be doing research on all this.

I'll second the Impala. Ran the wheels off a 2000 Impala 30K/year and replaced it with a 2008 that now has 92K on it. Bought both used. The trunks on these are huge. I fit all my gear in these and even can put my DB in the 2008 with the bucket seats.
Mileage was right at 28MPG on the 2000 and I'm just a hair under 30MPG for the 2008. 30% city driving.
I like it a lot and its roomy and Toyota but its pricey. :/
