New Cobalt Strings

Yeah, me too. I don't really have anything to say about their tone, I used them for about a set at a gig, and changed them in the break. They were like playing on sandpaper, like steel groundwounds but worse, couldn't stand them. Maybe they get better over time, but every other string set I've used that I like, I like right away, I've never had to 'break in' strings to enjoy them.

Maybe for some, not for me. But by all means, keep throwing different elements at us, don't think I've ever play iron strings before :P

Hmm. Would that work? Like, if you coated them? Or is it just too brittle? I can't imagine it would, since there aren't any >.>
