New Custom-built Adamovic is nearly ready!

Wow, thank-you so much for all your kind comments! Is really nice to see you all like the new Bass (and his other designs!).

Received some final pics today, but will have to find a way to compress them to show you all (home computer is dead right now, so only able to use the work one right now :( )

Otherwise, the site might might be updated shortly anyway..........

Will keep ya all posted! :)

Good News! The site has been updated with Final pics of my new Bass, so scroll down towards the bottom of the page (in case you had seen the earlier photos!). :)

She's a beauty! Only a few hours until I go by to pick her up and test her...............

The new photo's should give you all a better indication of how compact the body shape is (in relation to the Hardware etc.)

More updates to follow! Just can't hold back the excitement!

Hey Bassplayer7770!

I checked with Nikola from Adamovic on this particular Bass. He tells me the body has a custom ordered carved top. The radius of the body-top had to be the same as the compound fingerboard but only 4 mm lower as the customer likes to use double thumb techniques instead of a pick. Apparently multi-finger popping is incredibly easy on this bass too.

Makes a nice alternative to all the Ramps being fitted to Basses currently.

I went to his website. Lots of great looking basses. What do they cost? Did I miss that?

I think they start from around 1500 Euros (1800 USD roughly). Best to send him a mail if you are curious. Definately reasonably priced for the level of work involved.

Put it this way, the Bass that has been built for me is replacing my Fodera as my main work-horse now. That's how good it is!

Cool. Makes more sense now. :)

Looks great, and I usually HATE singlecuts. She's really sexy, kinda reminds me of a Spector (probably just the contoured back and TW pickup) but I think she's a beauty. I love the TW pickups, but personally I woulda had Carey N. wind me something to go with the Aggie. Sound clips when she comes in!
