New EB Cobalt Flats?

Not really... "Order Now! Expected to ship 07-10-2015"


BSO sent out a big email saying they were leaked and there have been some problems. Seems a bit of a cluster****. He's offered a discount for those of us who've ordered and he's calling everyday to get them as fast as possible. I'm not in a big hurry to get them and the price at BSO is hard to beat.
They were in stock when I ordered them.

Another couple of gigs under the belt, and still in love with these strings. Mine are mellowing a tad, which is what i want. They are less zingy (especially on the D and G), however they still have tons of growl and bite if i need it.

Just thought i would share.

I switched from the 105 set to the 100 and now I'm really liking them. The 105 set had more tension than I thought they would. They feel somewhere in between Chromes and Sadowsky flats. The tone with a pick is great.

I use the 105 set and the tension feels good to me. I am coming from 100 set of chromes, and these feel less stiff. My band plays down 1/2 step anyways, so i figured the 105 would be perfect for me, and so far they are...
