New EBS flat cables

So on their shipping page they say shipping outside europe for 1Kg is SEK224, which should be about $34, does that sound about right?
That's a bit steep... Too bad.

Hmm...almost ordered a few, pulled out my board, and realized that I probably wouldn't gain much because the power plugs are on the sides of most of my pedals.

how would you compare the plugs in terms of size to a Neutrik or G&H right angle plug? If you have any, could you take a side-by-side picture?

I got them today. REALLY slim. I don't hear anything disturbing with them in the chain, that's gotta be a good sign. When hooked up, two pedals are less than 3cm (less than 1.2") away from each other, that's really nice.

Can anyone who has them try out a side-jack pedal to a top-jack pedal and see how well they flex and bend for that application?

Those actually look pretty cool and useful. Much better than the $4000 snake oil cables that "enhance tone to ridiculous levels" lol

No problem...did that last night with one of the small ones.

These are the most flexible patch cables I've ever seen. You can twist and turn them, even braid them if you want to.

A few quick pics for reference. So the pancake type jack is still a bit shorter, but on some pedals, like the Source Audio SB2 boxes and my bypass looper, the circumference of the pancakes are too big to put two side by side. Significantly shorter than the George L type though.

Wow! These are great. Now I know what I'm going to be replacing my bulky Planet Waves patch cables with.

These are the most flexible cables you'll find. And the quality is pretty decent. Maybe there's better cables, but this ones are a very good deal, considering features, quality and price. I think you won't regret getting those.
