New ESP "Stream"

I like them a lot. Particularly the black and white one. I'll be interested to hear them, looks are always secondary to sound. :bassist:
Price on the other hand....geeez 4200 for the upper 1900 for the middle and 500 for the lower....wow. I can get a new Ric for less than the middle priced one

Looks like they crossed the Explorer with the Ibanez Iceman:

looks more like a refined and rounded off Gibson RD to me...whatever I'm really starting to dig it

I own quite a few ESP basses from the lowest price point all the way up the ladder to Japanese made....and they are all well built, well constructed, and feel and sound great...so I'm taking the plunge after my return comes back...

to me the ergonomics seem more appealing and pleasing to the eye...

Looks cool and I know many metal guys who'll be buying this. The thing that interests me most about the headstock is the '3+1'design. I thought Musicman had some kind of copyright over the '3+1' headstock design. Not too sure, but I hope this doesn't become a stomping ground for the suits...

Apparently (disclaimer: according to other discussions online) MusicMan has registered trademarks that include their 3+1 and 4+2 headstock designs. How that would stop or not stop others from using the same configuration I don't know, I'm not a lawyer.

With one of those, and a Big Al, you would definitely be ready to play a gig at Orbit High School, where Judy Jetson goes.

That said, it's starting to grow on me. I do like the fact the Ltd version has a mahogany body. If I see one, I'll definitely have to check it out.
