New from SW Washington state

Hi there. I'm not a bassist per se, rather I have a Chapman Stick I've been learning to play for a couple of years. One of the things that attracted me to the Stick was seeing it used in a bass role by folks such as Tony Levin and Nick Beggs. I've found my way here a time or six as I've searched on various bass-role and other questions, so I thought it was about time to register and say hi.

Nice forum, I've enjoyed a lot of what I've read so far.

Welcome. I agree this forum is chuck full of great information, and for the most part, we get along with each other.

Chapman Stick - new to me, I'll let Google take me there.
