I've ordered 2 L-1505's from a dealer and each time I asked to make sure that they come with a dot on the 21st fret - trivial to some but a must for me especially after paying for an order.Looks cool, but I hate it when they don't inlay frets that should be inlayed in an inlayed bass! lol
I mean, the 21st fret is lacking a dot!
anyone played one?
That's nice!
Man, I wish they did an MJ-5 :^(
and: I still don't like the "serial number plate."
Tacky.

While we're dreaming:
MJ-5...SB2500...normal string spacing!!!!!!
Yeah 19mm please!
My new MJ-4 came a few days ago. Initial impressions are very good.
The 18v active-only 3-band elecs play clean, strong, and quiet. The new dual coil pickups deliver a good s/c sound, sans buzz of course.
Plays nicely right out of the box, tho I'll be cutting the nut slots a tad deeper. Frets are beautifully crowned and polished, thanks to Mr Plek.
This unit is Metallic Graphite with MHS. Number 8 quartersawn neck with quite a bit of flamed figuring. Also came with a G&G G&L tolex case.
