I have to agree. Anyone who remembers that Geddy Lees were $699 less than two years ago, cannot really get excited about the new one that are over $1,200.

That said, I understand economics, and honestly don't begrudge Fender doing what they need to do to stay afloat.

I LOVE Geddy's red bass. I'm not a fan of the black one, could take or leave the sunburst. But if they came out with that candy-apple red...Watch out!
