Ok, tried two passive Harley Benton and the hum/buz is here.
With no cable in the input, mine is still silent
Yes.
With one bass I've touched the chassis of the plex and the hum is gone, but with another the hum is just lower. It goes away when I touch one of the screws on the bottom (under "overdrive" and "compressor/tuner"). If i tap one of the screws, kt does a clicky noise.
I can't speak for MattF007, but in my case, the hum/buzz was there even with no cable connected to the input.

It went away whenever I grounded the Plex. For example, by connecting the Amp out or the DI out to a piece of equipment, which resulted in the ground shield of the TS or XLR connector to be connected to ground. Or, even better, by touching the Plex and the protective earth contact on the mains outlet at the same time with my hands (make sure you know what you're doing -- only touch contacts that are exposed by themselves, like on many central European outlet types, only those are meant to be touched without bodily harm).
