I've just come over to this site, mainly looking for information about a bass I've just got my hands on! I've been playing bass for a while, in various bands - mainly like to play nice heavy rock a la Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains etc. I have a penchant for heavy strings and tinkering with stuff. I mainly use Bassworld (Link Removed) for finding stuff out, but hopefully will get a lot from the vast fountain of knowledge it appears there is on here!
