My life long best friend found a jam that we went to last night only 5 minutes from the house. Only 5 minutes, how did we miss it? There were 30 ish players there and me the only bass player. Good odds for me to play ah?
I ended up playing all night on the open stage and there was bluegrass, old time, Irish, Swing and old country. Wow a bass players like myself 's dream!
There was a Harmonica band there looking for a bass and now I have a new gig Cool! I have to say I'm just a bass Slut and hungry to play anything.
I could kiss my friend for this jam if he wouldn't take it to heart. LOL! Can't wait for next month and we got invited to a private jan Saturday night. Cool.
