Welcome, MrYeats! You must live in the country! The covid-19 cases are really multiplying in all of the big cities. As of yesterday, San Antonio reported 120 confirmed cases including five deaths. Austin/Travis County is up to 160 confirmed cases and one death. Stay healthy and play that bass. Cheers!

Hey roccobass, I'm in N. Ca. also. Sonoma County west of Santa Rosa a few miles from the coast in a small town called Occidental. Just curious, where are you?

Hey Funkinbottom,
Not in Sonoma. Actually, close to Sacramento. Lots of times and still do, wish I was n Sonoma county. Ironically, wish I was in Occidental. I have great memories of several vacations to the ocean and we stayed in Occ back in the 90s. Saw Nick Gravenites a couple of times at an Italian restaurant there. We stayed at motel at other end of town run by a couple of brothers who loved our kids and our dog. They really liked those guys. They were cool. Hope life is going good for you despite what's going on. Btw, that last sentence goes out to all of you too.

How funny, all three of those guys are friends of mine. Nick lives just a couple miles from me. I've subbed for his bass player on occasion, at that Italian restaurant, Negri's. He used to play Friday nights. These days, at 80, he only does a handful of select gigs, maybe 10 gigs a year, one of which is New Years Eve, at the Union Hotel across the street from Negri's. The two brothers that ran the hotel are Rob & Rich. I see Rich fairly regularly and Rob moved out of state.

And now back to your regularly planned program.......

Welcome, Mr. Yeats from "a booth in the midwest" (name that tune). Tons of great threads here on all things bass, especially gear. Speaking of which, that's the lowest action on a bass I've ever seen, and the lightest bridge, too. It's like it's not even there!
