Medniss here. I am just returning to bass playing after a long time away(kids, family, job...). Upon hooking up my amp, I find that my Rocktron Basix preamp needs quite a few pots replaced, thus while researching preamps I found this amazing site!
I was the original bass player in Nokturnel and touring bassist for OLD, both out of NJ.
Anyway, I am so glad to have found this site, the amount of information here is staggering!
