I'm working on a design to alleviate most (or all) of the pulling pressure from the strings on the bridge. I'm hoping with just the downward pressure I can brace differently and give the top more opportunity to move, thus creating more sound. I'm not planning to go a deep a body as the Earth Bass. I'll see if it works. I have a Taylor/Klein to compare with and have owned an MTD acoustic and a Boulder Creek acoustic, so with those three in mind as my starting point.
