they are worthless, I'll give you $10 for the set ;-P
Email them in Deutschland for a deal. Or Just wait. Some will be on sale here. Actually YOU are lucky to be in Moro! Just too bad it’s in CA!Where are the trial sets coming from? You guys are lucky!

Can any serious arco players comment on these? I really like them on my King Mortone...but I am curious how they’d be in a more arco context on my carved bass. (I play 50/50 arco/pizz on the carved).
I would be interested in hearing a recording of that. Does the NS Design sound any more or less like an amplified DB with the Perpetuals? I don't own an EDB, and man are there times when I wish I did!MartinC:
I'm sorry but the Perpetual set is currently mounted on my NS-Design NXT and I must say that from now on they will be the only Pirastro that this double bass will use .. the right softness and touch .. and the sound I was looking for I found them in this set. I'll use them for a live jazz concert tonight in trio!
Rickwolf Can i ask you a thing? i suppose the action of my NS Design is just a little low... Can you tell me the distance from fretboard to string at 24th (The G4-D4-A3-E3) in your bass of the last demo (Of course at empty string? I know ! Seems a little strange but... ( Sorry for my english !)
Rickwolff Thank you for your kind availability!
They can rut the board if you play heavily and don’t maintain your instrument or strings.
