The copyright is in the headstock. otherwise, and unless there's patents involved, everything else is up for grabs as far as I know..The red one is pretty! But I can't imagine Rickenbacker just letting this slide...
I was also thinkin' 2+2, non-pointy. But then it wouldn't be a Jackson.
