I'm well aware, and was referencing that. They even had their designs registered as trademarks, equating them to logos. (Fender moved too late to do anything similar, and only have their headstocks protected, so Sadowsky are free to copy their hiney off.) So they have ample basis to sue right and left. However, good luck doing it in this case (unless RIC really did protect their 400X design down to the pickguard): it really looks like a "do it, I dare you" on Jackson's part, from the outside. And it's hilarious!
