From what I heard tonight, homeboy spent a ton of money out of his pocket to buy Jaco's Bass of Doom from the store that had been trying to market it, and gave the bass to the Pastorius family free and clear. If that's true, as far as I'm concerned he can do pretty much whatever he wants as far as marketing goes.
