New SX PBass music

check out Link Removed for 3 songs i've done with my SX P Bass at the studio. Please give me your feedback.

The first song, I tuned in Drop D. The rest is standard tuning.

Not my kind of music but I thought the recording itself sounded very nice, and I've been wanting an SX now for a few weeks - just something to thinker with - those songs aren't helping XD dammit I'll have to pick up one of those basses soon. Was yours modded or stock, and which model did you use?

My kind of music tends towards Doom, Death, Black, Industrial and Groove metal. In short: stuff that probably makes most people scream "turn that down it sounds like someone skinning a cat!".

I appreciate the link though, I'll go check them out- to feed my G.A.S. for an SX

I don't hear the bass too well on my speakers either. It sounds buried. Like the music though. Reminds me a lot of Tori Amos.

I kinda liked it. The bass is present, smooth and a bit of thump.

My only criticism is the pianny is too loud in the mix...IMHO

Bass sounds great. Is it totally stock? My SX jazz sounded thin with the original pups. Your p sounds just bitchin'
