I'm gonna resurrect this thread just to say thank you for that Obsidian 7000 tip. It reminds me of my old Darkglass Vintage Deluxe. I'd always have it on because I loved the preamp sound.

You're welcome. That really is an old post. Nowadays I switched to the Stomp XL, but the tricks are still valid.

The [Obsidian 7000] is modeled after the Darkglass 7K (nice pun from the HX guys, as always). So you're not too far from the truth with your guess!
