New to me Mesa Big Block Titan V12

Hey folks, I haven't been on the forum in quite a while. I've disappeared into a demanding day job, and still fighting the good fight with my two bands. Any free time is gone before it existed. I've also started building a new (to me) car, that's a massive time, money and energy suck. But anyhow, I'm here to show off my latest piece of gear.

My Mesa Basis M-2000 developed a couple of issues. The input circuit was becoming unreliable and would occasionally jump volume mid set. Then the XLR DI out quit sending signal to the FOH. I started looking for a new bass head and landed on a Mesa Big Block Titan V12 that was on tour with Nicole Fiorentino during her Smashing Pumpking days, found on EBay. It came with a SKB rack and power conditioner. It was too good of a deal to pass up, and since I have a big soft spot in my heart for SP (Years ago I played SP covers in a band in San Francisco, my main bass to this day is a black & maple jazz lovingly named D'Arcy). I figured it was meant to be. The seller Gregg (TB member?) was phenomenal and shipped it like it was supercharged, Maryland to Arizona in 3 days!

I added my rack tuner and moved the power supply to back of the rack:

The test drive will be tonight during rehearsal, the first drag race will be next weekends gig at The Marquee Theater in Phoenix.

In other news, I've got a new music video set to release in the next couple of days. Because of the filming location we couldn't sneak my 8x10" on set so I have my M-2000 mocked on a guitar cab. It doesn't stick out that much in the final edits/cuts but it grabs my attention. I'll post a link once the release is official.

Cheers -Mykk
