New Traynor YBA 100!!

Several sites online have them available for preorder at $899 Canadian / $699 US.
That's great! A lot cheaper than the ampeg and double the power.
Traynors have always been good value, IMO.
Yep. My biggest complaint about Traynor is that the stuff holds its value so well that it is hard to find bargains used.
Having said that, patient pays off. I picked up a YBX1510 that looked like it lived in someone's basement for all of $200. I also got a Smallblock 200 when my PF-350 experienced sudden catastrophic failure for less than $200.
Smallblock 200 has been a great practice amp for me.
I wish it was like that further west. Anything I've bought second had has been well under 50% off retail which is nice, but when it comes to sale time you are in the same boat. I think I paid $250 for my TC115 NEO last year. It was pretty beat up and the guy lied about it still being under warranty. When I got it home all of the screws were loose and the grill rattled like crazy. I spent some time snugging up all the screws (filling the ones he stripped out), torquing down the grill, and repairing the tolex. Only issue now is something has somehow fallen into the speaker and is rattling around in the dustcap. I took the jack plate off to inspect the internals and it was full of all kinds of gunk. I don't currently have a bass amp but I'm hoping it will rattle itself out once I hit it with the new YBA
P.S. GrapeBass, if you can make some subtle hints to the higher ups that 12" ultra lightweight neo cabs are hip now
I would love to pickup a pair and I'm holding out for you guys

For some unexplained reason, 12s don't seem to sell, go figure. (At least, that's what they told me.)
The new generation of ultralight neo cabs are something special for sure. I was very interested in a set of the neo208 cabs but never saw any in my city to try out.
Been hoping to pickup a used neo 410 or neo 210 but no luck yet. Seems when people get them they never sell them hah.
Almost bought the 8x8 but chose the 1510 instead. Kinda wish I went for the 8x8 that is a cool cab, but man was it heavy! I just sold the 1510 due to the weight but it sounded amazing that's for sure. +1 for a lightweight wood + NEO version
I just sold my last >100lbs cabinet. It's so nice to be able to move all my gear by myself. Can't put a price on that haha.

Really nice, when coming from a gig at 3 am, being able to schlep alone the gear in the stair without breaking the walls and wake all the house.The new generation of ultralight neo cabs are something special for sure. Yep I've got one of those. It frankly sounds amazing with my Tiny Terror guitar amp. It did not sound great with a little stubby (amp wasn't amazing) but I have high hopes for this yba.
It is ungodly to get in my car though. My 112 combos and sb115 fit no issue but this thing is a monster! I would love to swap it with two compact neo 12 cabs hence my annoyance about them. The new orange ones look to be the perfect size and weight but I gotta support Canadian

Haha I hear that man! I'm drumming these days and the 0300 load in trying not to wake the family is always amusing. I couldn't imagine trying to roll an 810 through the front door alone. I find the weight of the TC1150NEO perfect, but it's so dang awkward to carry like my old Orange PPC212. Too deep against my gut to fit sideways through a door, and too wide to fit straight through. Thankfully the handles are strong and I can do the vertical hold with one or two hands to get it through.
