New Vintage Amps

Nic from New Vintage is the greatest! Out of no where, he offered to lend us one of his guitar amps to use on my bands album! We'll be using one of his V-15 combos. Here's a pic of Drew Brown from OneRepublic using the same combo we'll be using to record:

So stoked right now!

Just got done tracking guitars today. For the record, the New Vintage V-15L killed it in the studio today. It only has 2 knobs, but blew every amp out of the water!

Also, here's Mark Hoppus with his NV cab:

apparently he's getting two more on Monday. Notice the NV is the only one getting mic'd ;)

Though that I'd add a little New Vintage love to this post.
Here is the final piece! A New Vintage Undertow 300 and an 8x10

These two pieces together make a tone so amazing, I can't even fully describe it.

The head functions amazingly at high volumes and doesn't break up. The cab has an amazing low end to it also.

I'm really hoping to post some videos of an NV stack vs an SVT classic stack. The difference in tone is something that you must hear.
