I think... I am... about to pull the trigger! Im looking into the Undertow 300. Nic has been great so far answering questions. Im going to take the little drive up from Minneapolis to play through one.

Update. I may start a new three but whatever. I borrowed an undertow 300 for a gig tonight used my V4 cab with bass speakers in it. You know the thing anyways. All I can say is wow! It's super tight and still has super deep lows. Not scooped though. It has an active mid. Like a CL would have. It's loud! Just as loud as an SVT I Ab'ed them. The undertow vs the Svt is the Svt is a lot darker. Although the undertow can do dark as well it has a beutiful sparkle to it in the upper mids. Very smooth. It can do super clean to almost fuzzy. It's really a great amp. About to put in an order. The build quality is amazing. Everything is perfection. And beefy and it has red transformers. Nic loves his detail! I'm way impressed. And ready to get rid of PCB boards
