Try being a Dolphin fan the last twenty years. Its bordering on masochism.
Oh, I’m a Dolphins fan first. I went to the last playoff victory, with Fiedler. Just happen to have lived in Chicago for a while now.

The only value this season has for Miami now is if Tua comes back healthy soon and they figure out by the end if he’s the guy.

My wife passed away 2 months ago. She was from Chicago and a big Bears fan so we had been suffering together the last few years. Of course she loved to give me crap about my Dolphins and I loved giving her crap about the fins beating her 85 Bears.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Hang in there.

Unlike Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger is definitely NOT going to play until he's 50. Hopefully, at 39, he won't even play until he's 40. Yesterday was brutal for us Steelers fans. He's no longer worthy of starting in this league, in my humble opinion.
I don't fault him for missing those downfield passes, but the one 10yds away over the middle was hard to understand. Rodgers missed a couple deep balls of his own.

I'm with you buddy. Watching him beg for his job in the offseason was pathetic, then watching him play is even pathetic-er at this point.
Joe Hayden needs to take a seat as well. He's been washed up a couple years now, and already proclaimed this to be his last season in Pittsburgh. I think part of it too with Joe is he's saving himself for one last contract with a SB contender.
The longer the Steelers trot out these washed up players, the larger the gap between them being winners again grows. The rest of the AFC North has already started over and left the Steelers in the dust.

The Seahawks beat the Niners but were not impressive at all. How long before pitchers and catchers report?

Hell yeah I am a fair weather Seahawks fan! The Browns won, although Mayfield was hardly stellar.
I'm not sure if Baker can get the job done. His consistency precludes him from being the franchise QB I'd hoped he'd be.

Go Guardians!
