The Pack has a "San Diego'esque" run here coming up itself with 3 games in 11 days, Monday against Vike, Sunday vs. Tampa, then Turkey Day vs Lions. It would be easy to sit here and say, given that stretch, the Pack could find itself losing its first game, especially with Turkey Day being in the Ford domw.

I don't wanna hear it. The Browns, who may lose this week, have Pitts-Balt-AZ-Balt-Pitts as their last 5 games. Oy.

Need to stop gore (no easy task) and let Alex smith try and beat us. Last week we stopped green-Ellis pretty well. Let's hope we can stop the run and get a decent lead. Then let the best d-line in the game increase our league leading sack totals..

For the first time ever, I was embarrassed to be an Eagles fan today. That was pathetic, disgusting, disappointing.... I've seen high school teams play better. In the back of my mind I kept telling myself Juan Castillo just needed time, and the new players needed time to click. Now, looking back on it.... nah. Epic stupid move making the OFFENSIVE LINE COACH the defensive coordinator. That guy is downright incompetent as a DC. The Eagles literally threw the game away today. Along with the rest of the season. Thank God for the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Lions were moving the ball, but beat themselves with turnovers. They had more turovers today than the entire season to date. The two fumbles in the first quarter killed them. The D contained Forte and Cutler. They also punted to Hester (with a punter they piced up on waivers this week), a no-no against Chicago.

I couldn't watch any games today due to a musical I am Deck Manager for, but I can't be prouder of my Niners and my Seahawks.

Either Denver is going to play spoiler for the AFC west, or else they are actually going to take the AFC west..

I was listening to one of the local sports radio stations about the Indy game. They said that this was their best shot at a win... Well then... ouch. Looks like they are sucking for Luck.

This is assuming that Luck goes for the draft this year. I have a feeling that after the loss to Oregon, he might stick around for another shot at the Heisman and/or a National Championship.

Great win for the Patriots tonight. The defense got the message and stepped up their play. Brady played like the unanimous first-ballot Hall of Famer that he'll be, and Gronkowski has to be the best tight end in the NFL. They now have the easiest schedule in the league coming up, so that augurs well for this season, providing that the defense continues to play as well as they did tonight.

I do have to say this: Hey Jetz fans, you think maybe Belichick was filming your practices again? Care to resurrect that old excuse? :confused: ;)

Nice to see the Seahawks lead from wire to wire for a change. With all the penalties they were sure making it hard to stay in it though... Not sure what the Raven's problems were but there seemed to be plenty.

I believe this was the first time since the re-alignment that all 4 NFC West teams won on the same weekend.
