James is my favorite player. I'll cry like a baby when he retires.
I think he is injured. He probably lost a step this year, but he isn't as bad as he has looked recently. There are too many jokers in the secondary playing for themselves. Troy goes down and noone steps up to lead the team. They all want to go out and make a name for themselves to try and prove they are as good as Troy.

I don't know if he's injured or not, but he looked awful. I saw a brief interview of him after the game. He even said he was extremely embarrassed by his performance. I'm not picking on Farrior. I like him too; and like I said, there's plenty of blame to go around. Even Ben didn't look like himself. In past games, he'd try, and frequently succeed in evading what looked like a sure sack. Several times in this game, it looked more like he was just taking the sacks without even trying to escape. Just a total lackluster performance all around.
And Tomlin has to take some of the blame too. He looked bewildered at times. And Bruce Ariens needs to go. Very predictable play calling. Dick Lebeau's defensive schemes looked anything but special. A sad exhibition.
But they're still my team, and I'll stick with them. They'll turn things around eventually. I just hope that their cohesion in the locker room hasn't been too damaged. I think Ben's feelings were seriously hurt by Hines Ward's comments after the Ravens game. They need to come together to get through all this...
Even with three turnovers by the offense, they held the Jags to 10 points. And along with the solid running game, Henne's really rounding into shape.
