NFL Week #16

gonna go to the towny bar with my best friend to watch the steelers and get wasted, so at least i'll have some fun even if they lose
Highly recommended. Getting toasted serves the dual purpose of either starting the celebration early or drowning your sorrows.
There's really only one number I'll remember when I think back on tonight...

Eli has been brutal this year. My brother is a Giants fan and he's been screaming at Eli for nearly 2 seasons. Manning just seems to be a 2nd year QB at times. The game seems too fast or something. Tim ( my brother ) didn't even rage last night, he just shook his head a lot and said under his breath "yep" like an internal dialog was being answered.
Is it bad that I'm planning my perfect off season and draft for the Titans?
3 things. That's all I ask.
#1 Rd 1 (Rams pick) If they pick around six or so I'd love to see them take Quincy Wilson CB from Florida. (if he declares)
#2 Rd 1 If they pick around 16 or so ( my best guess for this year ) Then I am of two minds. 1) Jalen Tabor CB from Florida ... double up on the Florida CB fun, these two kids would make a formidable pair. 2) Caleb Brantly DT Florida ( and my Florida trifecta is now complete... Mike is all smiles

#3 Spend the damn money and Get Alshon Jeffery in a Titans Uni. The Titans have plenty of cap space and need a true number 1 WR for Marcus and to keep defenses honest so the run game can still be effective.

Haha, nice. Is Wilson getting higher ratings from the draft experts? Personally, I like Tabor better, I feel like Wilson has gotten burned more by being over-aggressive. Plus, his mouth gets way ahead of the rest of him--see his trash talk before the Tennessee game. Brantley's a beast, I expect him to do well in the NFL.
Yeah, I get what you're saying but you want your CB on the cocky side. They are the "Diva of the Defense". As long as they produce ( and Wilson did have a rough outting against Tenn. ) I'm ok with it. I think Wilson is grading out higher for his physical measurables and his higher ceiling. Tabor lacks long speed and is better with plays in front of him. When plays are behind him he gets into trouble. Both have excellent feel for the game but personally I think Wilson has better ball hawking skills and guesses less than Tabor. Still, you can't go wrong with either, I'd imagine ( hope ).
I wouldn't be upset if Marlon Humphry from 'Bama was there for the taking at the Titans first over-all pick but I think he may be gone so went with Wilson, who I like a lot anyway.

Yeah I like Ross a lot. I think he's a back half of the 1st round high 2nd round guy. Reminds me a lot of Brandon Cooks. Maybe a more natural pass catcher than Cooks actually.

After the success Tyler Lockett has had, I would expect teams to take a pretty hard look at a guy like him. Lockett went in the third round, and he was an absolute steal for the Seahawks. Ross can do many of the same things Lockett can.

I saw that. You have to wonder what kind of effect that will have. They were probably stuck on the plane longer than they would have been stuck on a bus if they had just taken a bus.
Tough day all around for injuries.
