NFL Week #18 Playoffs

Bah.

Go Ravens, I guess.

My God I'm still speechless. What a game. I'm damn proud to be a Packer fan. For a team to come back from 17-0, and 31-10, and turn the game into that, they have an incredible amount of heart. I tell ya, there isn't another young QB in the NFL I'd take over Aaron Rodgers. He's gonna be a great QB for years to come.

I never blame the officiating for a loss, but damn, Fitzgerald got away with two BLATANT push offs on his two touchdowns, and what was up with Rodgers getting drilled in the facemask with a rusher's helmet on the second last play, and the blatant facemask on the fumble play?

Anyway, that aside, congrats to the Cards. Warner played an almost perfect game, and they attacked the Packers right where they were vulnerable.....the injurly depleted secondary.

This won't be Rodgers last playoff game. Helluva performance save for a couple bad decisions. He did hold the ball too long at times today. We couldn't stop my grandmother today - that's the difference. Boy, the officiating was over the top bad against the Packers. Missed holds, helmut to hemlut on Rodgers, that terrible call on Jenkins as he was being held and tackled into Rodgers, the missed hold by Fitzgerald on Finley's catch and run down the sideline.

But in the end, the defense let us down. Again, no pressure on Warner. We never made him uncomfortable in the pocket. I don't know what it is with Capers gettting conservative in big games.

It was a good run, and the season exceeded my expectations. I'll get over this pretty quick. Soon as Dallas runs all over Brent (I so hate the Queens).

You make good points.

So does the Cards D. :D

That's cool to see the Cards win behind Warner. They are Pittsburgh West after all, so I'm glad they won. Kind of surprising though that Warner ended up with only 379 yards in the air. Charles Woodson and company allowed Ben to throw for 500.

.....and I hope Ben enjoyed watching the playoff game from his couch. Mike, Ben lost to the Browns. He has NOTHING to brag about this year.

Here's the biggest botched penalty of the game and this one really pi$$es me off. I kind of though this as I was watching, but the picture confirms they got hold of Rodger's facemask. Shoulda been 15 the other way.

I can't believe I'm about to say this. I never could have even comprehended saying this back in the 90's in the Aikman, Irvin, Eric Williams, criminal thug douchebag Cowboy years, but................at least next week, against Brent and the hated Queens......

ggggggg...gggggggggg....ggggggg....it's almost out......................ggggggggggggg ggo go Cowboys.
