You know "tard" is a slur, too, right? And TARD gets more passionate about the teams and people that he hates than the team he loves, (and he DOES love them), that I worry about the poor guy's heart. I'm also curious about the use of the "homo" slur to denote weakness or a lack of masculinity and therefore an insult. Not sure I'd go that direction buddy. There's got to be a more intelligent jab you could throw at Romo, TARD. C'mon buddy. I know you can do it without insulting homosexuality.
What burners? Oh yeah, that Dexter Jackson sure can .....oh wait....
It's gonna be a looooooooooong season for Buc fans. A pass rush would be nice, and speaking of QB harassment, I was very impressed with the Jets today. Good job.
Just seems fitting

OK, NOW we can start talkin' about week 2...I didn't have such a great week this week...sigh...
Houston @ Tennessee: Tennessee has shown they have a pretty stout D, Houston has some...issues...on offense....yeah, home team here - Houston 13 Tennessee 24
Man, how does the Titans defense sleep at night. They GAVE AWAY a great performance by their offense. :scowl:
Arizona @ Jacksonville: Jax pushed a very good Colts team to the wall, Arizona looked iffy against a maybe good maybe not so good 49er's team. In Jax, home team again, but close - Arizona 23 Jax 27
OK, I'm off the Jax bandwagon. They stunk up the field. I thought they played tough against a very good Colts team, but no longer (see Indy-Miami).
Oakland @ KC: Man, Oakland surprised me last night...or did San Diego just play down to their competition?Tough call, KC played hard for 3 quarters against the Ravens. I'm goin' with SD being "off" last night - Oakland 20 KC 24
Finally get one right.
Cincinnati @ Green Bay: Green Bay backed into a win Sunday night, Cincinnati rolled over and died to lose Sunday afternoon. Cincy is definitely not winning here, GB will wake up and play football - Cincinnati 13 GB 28
Followed quickly by yet another whiff.Man, that was embarassing for the Pack.
Minnesota @ Detroit: Minnesota has the most dangerous RB in the last decade, AP is a monster. If Farve doesn't go all "Farve", Detroit doesn't get win #1 just yet, but they will be in this one - Minnesota 24 Detroit 20
Back on track, for a moment. Detroit is going to beat someone, and soon. Minnesota is dangerous, mainly because of Adrian Peterson, he changes EVERYTHING when he's on the field, he even raises Far-vuh's game.
St Louis @ Washington: Washington is pissed at losing to the Giants, St Louis is still trying to figure out how to tie their shoelaces - St Louis 10 Washington 31
Wow. Washington is BAD. Really, really bad. That was as close to a loss as a win can get.
NE @ NY Jets: NE won because of a stupid mistake last night, all you Patsy honks can argue 'til you're blue in the face, and that fact won't go away. Yes, they took advantage of it, and yes they deserved the win. Question is, will the Jets make a stupid mistake? No, they won't - NE 20 Jets 27
Woohoo!!I was right again. Jets D looks good, I'm a bit nervous about them in 2 weeks.
Carolina @ Atlanta: Already picked it earlier in the thread. Not changing the pick. Atlanta ain't all that good on either side of the ball, Carolina will have some vinegar in their attitude after getting squished like a bug at home, and Delhomme will remember which jerseys are his team this week. Not a blowout, but - Carolina 24 Atlanta 17
Man, Jake looks BAD. Atlanta still manages to make it look close.
TB @ Buffalo: Jauron benches his KO returner for being a moron, they take their frustration out on this season's patsy team - TB 13 Buffalo 31
Buffalo really didn't put these guys away, and they should have. However, I'll take the "W" for my personal record, as I need all I can get this week!
Seattle @ SF: Both teams were winners, but Seattle's win was a gift (i.e. St Louis SUCKS, this year's Lions). Tough game, home team wins - Seattle 21 SF 24
Yup, what I expected.
Baltimore @ SD: Both teams were winners again, SD squeaked a win out against the other Lions for this season, Baltimore took 3 quarters to wake up. Road team win - Baltimore 27 SD 17
Also what I expected.
Pittsburgh @ Chicago: This is a game? Seriously? Cutler looks like someone gave him roofies and spun him in a circle 20 times against a suspect GB defense, imagine what the Steelers will do to him...and the Bears D is in trouble - Pittsburgh 34 Chicago 10
Seriously, I blew this one, with some help from an ANEMIC Steelers offense (no running game at all!) and a kicker that needs to work on his game a bit apparently. :scowl:
Cleveland @ Denver: Denver wins on a pure luck play, Browns go toe-to-toe with Minnesota for about a half then fold like a tent. Neither team is going far this year, but I'm guessing on Denver luck again - Cleveland 20 Denver 24
Man, Cleveland looks lost, they made Denver look good. However, all the "W" action I can get is required this week, so OK....
NY Giants @ Dallas: Dallas lays an egg in the regular season home opener in their fancy billion dollar coffin. Giants are NOT TB - Giants 27 Dallas 17
Well, it was closer than I was thinking, but I was right, Bony Homo did what he usually does in the tough games: throws the ball to the other team. A "W" I'm very happy with here.
Indianapolis @ Miami: Indy wasn't exactly impressive last week, Miami was practically hopeless. Jax is better than everyone thinks, Atlanta isn't. Indy is too much for the 'Phins - Indy 35 'Phins 13
My game...
NO @ Philly: Philly jumped all over a hapless and hopeless Carolina team, McNabb is a tough dude that I respect, but if he plays he'll be a liability, and if he doesn't they put Kolb on the field. This ain't the aints, it's the Saints, get used to it.Brees and company will hang some points on a Philly defense with some holes in it (they will REALLY miss Brian Dawkins Sunday...REALLY MISS HIM...), and the Saints D is better than everyone thinks (you don't actually think they shown everyone what they have in their trick bag do you? They had 5 preseason games!), but will still give up some points, mostly because the special teams play is still not up to snuff and they will give the short field to the Eagles a couple of times - NO 38 Philly 24
Wow, I was off a bit on my score here, wasn't I?
Philly looked like...like...CAROLINA in this one.
I don't know how long my boys can keep this pace up, but it's fun to watch.
And yeah, that D, anyone think we're going to be a below average D this year still?
11-5 this week; 25-7 so far for the season. Still respectable.
You know "tard" is a slur, too, right?
Mike
...where Favre gets hit so hard, his ancient bones turn to dust and he has no choice but to retire for ever and ever...
...and hit Peytan si hard that he gets so messed up that I never have to see his ugly butt in any more commercials with his brother again.
Yeah, no kidding!Geez, lotsa hatin going on.
I still don't understand why Kolb got the nod instead of Garcia, who's been there and knows the offense.
Cows open the Death Star with a win.......... 31-24.
